On June 8, 2024, the company officially ceased operations and subsequently filed for bankruptcy. As part of this transition, the warranties for all products sold prior to this date will no longer be managed by the company. Instead, these warranties will now fall under the terms and conditions set forth by our vendors. Customers are encouraged to refer to the respective vendor’s warranty policies for any claims or support related to their purchases. We appreciate your understanding during this time and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for purchasing from our PC peripherals website. Our warranty is strictly limited and subject to the following terms. Please review carefully, as claims outside these terms will not be entertained.
Key Terms for Warranty Claims
- Eligibility: Only products with a * symbol next to "3 years" on the invoice are covered. Items without this marking are excluded from warranty claims.
- Shipping Damage: Buyers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery. Physical damage caused during shipping voids the warranty.
- Rust or Corrosion: Products showing signs of rust, corrosion, or similar damage are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty Slip: The warranty is void if the original warranty slip is removed, altered, or tampered with.
- Replacement Limit: Warranty covers a single replacement within the 3-year period, provided all other terms are met.
- Acceptance of Terms: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this warranty policy.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: Buyers must inquire about warranty terms before purchasing. Lack of knowledge will not be grounds for claims.
Additional Warranty Limitations
- Improper Use: Warranty is void for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs by unauthorized technicians will nullify the warranty.
- Incompatibility: Issues caused by incompatibility with other hardware or software are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic damages, is not covered.
- Third-Party Accessories: Using unapproved accessories or modifications voids the warranty.
- Improper Returns: Products returned without prior approval or via improper channels will not be accepted.
- Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims must include the original invoice. Claims without valid proof of purchase are invalid.
- Company Discretion: MeriPC India reserves the absolute right to deny any warranty claim at its sole discretion. We also retain the authority to modify or update our Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Additionally, any form of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards our team will result in immediate termination of warranty support.
Exclusions from Warranty
- Environmental Damage: Exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions.
- Unboxing Damage: Any damage incurred during unboxing or setup is not covered.
- Custom Modifications: Altering the product voids the warranty.
- Fraudulent Claims: Attempts to submit fraudulent claims result in disqualification from any warranty benefits.
Claim Process
- Submit a written request to our support team, including order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect.
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
- Return the product at your expense in secure, approved packaging.
Non-Negotiable Conditions
- Refunds are not issued under the warranty.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
- All decisions regarding claims are final and made solely by our team.
